Harrison Grass
Harrison Grass brings a strong financial and operational foundation to his role as Managing Partner of Applegrass Real Estate. He leads the firm’s growth across New York’s Hudson Valley, focusing on value creation through development, comprehensive rehabilitation, and strong, efficient operations. Applegrass currently manages close to 200 tenants across its vertically integrated platform—covering acquisition, construction, leasing, and property management.Previously, Harrison founded Silver Advance, a financing platform for real estate professionals. He holds a degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University, studied finance at IDC in Israel, and served as a First Sergeant in the Israeli Defense Forces. His disciplined approach helps drive consistent value and returns for investors.
Nathan Applebaum
Nathan Applebaum brings nearly a decade of transactional experience in New York City real estate, with a sharp analytical approach and a relentless focus on execution. He’s helped hundreds of clients navigate complex deals and lease-ups in one of the most competitive markets in the world.Originally from Toronto and a graduate of McGill University, Nathan now lives in the East Village.
